Welcome to Ravenwood! Our family-friendly community is located in North Raleigh, with 76 single-famly homes situated off of Raven Ridge Road in zip 27614. With several shopping centers nearby, a variety of walking trails, healthcare facilities, and great schools, Ravenwood is a highly desirable place to call home.

This community is special because of Ravenwood Lake. It's a beautiful spot for members to spend the day fishing, kayaking, and swimming. The lake sits on 10 peaceful and private acres. It has a convenient floating dock which was built in 2014 and is available to Ravenwood members.  The lake is stocked with bass and crappies, and includes 10 fish habitats.  Bass as large as 9 pounds have been caught.  Crappies, catfish and large mouth bass are in abundance.
